1. Eligibility & Registration:

Participants must meet the age, fitness, and skill level requirements for the program. The Academy reserves the right to approve or deny registrations. A fully completed registration form and payment are required to confirm registration.

2. Fees & Payment:

Registration fees are due at the time of be enrolment and must be paid through accepted methods. Fees may vary, and the Academy reserves the right to change prices with prior notice. No refunds will be issued.

3. Conduct & Safety:

Participants must maintain respectful behaviour. The Academy has the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or violates policies without refund.

Participants should be in good health and notify the Academy of any medical conditions.

4. Liability Waiver:

The Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

5. Media Consent:

The Academy may use images or videos of participants for promotional purposes.
